Refund and Returns Policy – EshopTell

At EshopTell, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return an item if:
✔️ The return request is made within 60 days of the purchase date.
✔️ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
✔️ The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (e.g., personalized items, perishable goods, digital downloads).
✔️ You provide valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Securely package the item and include the RAN inside the package.
4️⃣ Ship the item to the provided return address.

⚠️ Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

💰 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
✔️ Credit/Debit Card: It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
✔️ Gift Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your EshopTell account.
❌ Non-refundable items: Shipping fees, handling charges, and any applied discounts or promotions.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Cancellations

❌ Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
🚚 Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

🔹 Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
🔹 Personalized or custom-made items.
🔹 Clearance or final sale products.
